Advocates and Advisory Board
These are the dedicated individuals who help make Service-Learning happen in BHUSD.
Advocates are the certificated school personnel who support classroom teachers in the development and implementation of their Service-Learning programs. There is at least one advocate on each school campus.
The Advisory Board is composed of parents, students, teachers, administrators, and community members. This dedicated group is responsible for the direction of Service-Learning in the district.
The Teacher On Special Assignment oversees the Service-Learning program in BHUSD.
