First, HMC has completed the Design Development phase for the Auditorium Ceiling project. The Construction Documents have been prepared for the 90% QA/QC submittal to the District and are scheduled for submission to the Division of the State Architect (DSA) on November 8th.
PLEASE NOTE: THE AUDITORIUM CEILING PROJECT IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD.
Second, HMC is continuing to work with the DSA and previous District Architects to obtain and coordinate necessary documents to receive final certification of all previously approved projects. The majority of the issues have been resolved and are waiting for final sign-off by the DSA. The remaining few issues will be resolved during the completion of the Modernization project.
Third, HMC has been coordinating efforts with DeJong-Richter and the District to determine how the developing Educational Specifications will impact the design of the Modernization/Addition projects at El Rodeo School.
Lastly, HMC has been developing site master planning options for the District’s review which may result in the Modernization/Addition and Interim Housing projects.
