Meeting Notes - 10/17/17

The second meeting of the BHUSD Future Focused Schools team was framed around this question:

 

What opportunities should a TK-12 BHUSD student experience to competitively thrive in a global society?

 

Team members formed smaller groups to then answer each of these sub-questions:

What are the positives of reconfiguration?

What are the negatives of reconfiguration?

What are the positives of the district's current structure?

What are the negatives of the district's current structure?

What should students experience in Elementary School?

What should students experience in Middle School?

What should students experience in High School?

What options are there for the future of our district (possible reconfiguration)?

 

The entire Team shared and discussed the responses to each question, and will use the information moving forward in the process of its work.
