Notice is hereby given that the BEVERLY HILLS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District”, will receive prior to 2:00 PM on the 22nd day of June, proposals for the award of a Contract for the following:
RFQP No. FAC-2022-23-008 – CalSHAPE Implementation Services
The Request for Qualifications and Proposals (“RFQP”) may be obtained by accessing the District website at:

Proposing Firms are expected to be familiar and experienced with the CalSHAPE Ventilation and Plumbing Program Guidelines established by the CEC, registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, and possess the necessary license(s) to perform the work.
It is the Proposer’s responsibility to check the District website for notification of addenda, clarification, and/or responses to questions. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be directed in writing, via email, to Joy Jacobs at [email protected], no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 15, 2023. Responses to questions or clarifications will be posted on the above website by 2:00 PM on Monday, June 19, 2023.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or to reject any one or more items of a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals.
