The process for forming Transition Committees for the reconfiguration of BHUSD K-8 schools will begin a the end of November and throughout December. Each committee will be composed of a BHUSD administrative leader who will serve as "Chairperson" and community members which will be selected by the Chairperson based on the interest forms received by November 21.
Assist special education teachers in and out of the classroom ad/or provide one on one assistance for a student. Work with special education students of all levels and assist them with daily tasks. BHUSD Board of Education approves the reconfiguration of K-8 Schools in the 2019-2020 school year. Beverly Vista will become the first consolidated Middle School in Beverly Hills Unified School District history. Two TK-5 schools will be at Hawthorne and Horace Mann, while El Rodeo will go off-line for 2 year-construction beginning June 2019.
