High School: Project Recycle
Welcome to Project Recycle! Project Recycle is a Service-Learning project focusing on students accepting responsibility for the caretaking of their environment. This is a student-driven project that originated from participation in Sarah Utley's Environmental Science classes at Beverly Hills High School. Our primary goal is to institute a punctual and sustainable recycling program on the high school campus. Chelsea and Rosie, "We feel that we help the world by our recycling because every little bit helps." Student, "Picking up a plastic bag can save a life." Another student, "Recycling is helpful to our world, now and in the future." A third student, "Just by separating paper, cans and bottles into recycling bins, I am helping to save the Earth." 
Students create a display case to advertise Project Recycle.
