Thursday, June 3: Withdrawal Letters
Seniors receive Checkout / Withdrawal Letters via Parent Square. Print and bring with you to Sr. Checkout Day.
Friday June 4: Senior Checkout
All seniors will need to visit campus in-person to complete the check-out process. Checkout must be completed before your diploma will be released to you.
To enter:
- Health screenings must be completed in Parent Square and be shown to security.
- Temperature checks will be done in the student parking lot or at the Jon Cherney entrance.
Plan to arrive according to your alpha appointment: (by last name)

Checkout Procedures:
- Thurs. 6/3 Prepare
- Receive Sr. Withdrawal Form via Parent Square. Print and bring with you.
- Pay Fines/Fees Online. Print receipts to bring with you. Student Store Home Page
- Complete Senior Survey: Log into Naviance, click on about me tab, my surveys, and complete SENIORS - Graduation Survey Directions
- Fri. 6/4 Visit Campus:
Stop at the following locations while on campus.
Bring your withdrawal letter to collect signatures as you go.
Ø Cafeteria: Textbook and Laptop return.
Ø Student Store: Pay any outstanding fees if not already paid online. (Athletics, Library, lost/damaged textbooks, etc.)
Ø Counseling Office: Report to the counseling for final clearance.
