Beverly Hills, CA (March 11, 2025) – From February 27 to March 2, 2025, Beverly Hills High School was proud to send 15 of its students to the DECA State Career Development Conference, where they competed against top chapters from across California. This event, held in Anaheim, provides a platform for students to demonstrate their expertise in a range of categories including marketing, entrepreneurship, and finance.

During the conference, students engaged in exams and role-play scenarios designed to test their problem-solving skills and business acumen. They tackled real-world business problems in front of judges, showcasing their ability to think critically and articulate their solutions effectively.

A highlight of the event was the standout performance of Yael Khalilian and Nora Nikfarjam, who were finalists in the Business Law and Ethics Team Decision Making category. Their achievement not only highlights individual excellence but also underscores the comprehensive education provided by BHHS in preparing students for professional success.

"The dedication and talent of our DECA team members have truly exemplified Educational Excellence," said Mr. Drew Stewart, Principal of Beverly Hills High School. "Their achievements at this year’s State Conference highlight the commitment of our students to excel in competitive and complex environments. We are incredibly proud of all participants and especially congratulate Yael and Nora for their remarkable performance."
