Beverly Hills, CA (April 24, 2025) – On April 22nd, Transitional Kindergarten students from Horace Mann Elementary School took learning beyond the classroom during a recent field trip to Underwood Farms. The visit offered students the opportunity to feed animals, pick seasonal produce, and engage directly with the natural environment.
The experience served as a meaningful extension of classroom learning, allowing students to explore foundational science and environmental concepts through observation and interaction. By stepping into a real-world setting, students deepened their understanding, built confidence, and strengthened their connection to the world around them.
