Beverly Hills, CA (June 24, 2025) – Beverly Hills Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Alex Cherniss and members of the Board of Education toured the site of One Beverly Hills with project leaders to discuss potential collaborations that will benefit BHUSD students and schools. One Beverly Hills sits just steps from Beverly Hills High School and El Rodeo Elementary. This 17.5-acre development will include luxury residences, two hotels, and expansive public botanical gardens. During the site walk, BHUSD leaders explored a range of meaningful collaborations to support student safety, expand access to internships and mentorships that offer real-world learning, and build educational opportunities in fields such as sustainability, landscape design, and hospitality, benefiting students across the entire District. “This project creates a remarkable bridge between education and innovation,” said Dr. Cherniss. “As next-door neighbors, Beverly Hills High School and El Rodeo Elementary are poised to gain real-world learning experiences that enrich our students.” The visit reflects BHUSD’s continued commitment to building strong partnerships that enhance education, prioritize safety, and deepen community connection.
